XDF contract includes:
• Base salary from 7000 to 15000 RMB, disposable income, plus up to 3000 RMB biannual performance bonuses.

One class per week 1600 to 2000 more

Two classes per week 3200 to 4000 more

Three classes per week 4800 to 6000 more

Requirements:
We are looking for dedicated people with a passion for working with children and youth.

Bachelor degree or higher; TESOL or ESL, Linguistics or English, are preferred.
Teachers must provide a national Criminal Record background check showing NO criminal offences.

Preferred Qualities:
TEFL, TESOL, ESL, EFL, CELTA, DELTA certifications with a practical teaching component.
