About Us:
Whether you’re just starting out as an ESL teacher or have accumulated a great deal of experience in this field, our school is a sound choice for your next step. We provide our teachers with an ideal environment for professional development and our centres offer ample academic resources as well as ongoing pastoral care.
Our schools are modern, well established and fully equipped and operate to the highest standards. The maximum number of students in each class is 18, which makes teaching efficient, effective and easily manageable.
About You:
You should be enthusiastic, dedicated and responsible.
You should be genuinely concerned with the academic development of your students.
You should be able to work independently.
You should be able to plan engaging lessons using school provided courseware and your own imagination to delight your students.
You should be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to solve problems creatively and with a positive attitude.
You should enjoy working with technology in the classroom.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
TEFL/CELTA certificate preferred
Must be a native English speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the US or UK.
18 months of post-graduate work experience in a related field (teaching preferred)
22-55 years old
Clean criminal record
A generous offer package:
Benefits package of CNY 10,500 – 20,000 breaks down as follows:
Excellent salary between CNY 6,500 – 15,000/month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
