An international preschool in Guatemala is looking for Mandarin and Hindi speakers to work as Multicultural Development Specialist(MDS). The main responsibility is to teach the children (preschool age and some students age from 7-15 years old). You should develop and implement a developmentally appropriate preschool program, supervise the children in the pre-school, communicate with the parents and do some other duties as required.To be a qualified MDS, first, you should be born and grow up in the related language culture. Second, a basic knowledge of children development and early education is required, related preschool children education experience and daycare experience is required.The salary is based on the amount and complexity of work done, a minimum monthly payment of Q.5000 (5000 Guatemalan Quetzal≈4000RMB,≈646 USD) is guaranteed, which is enough for you to live in Guatemala. And a well-furnished apartment on campus will be provided, the apartment owns a bedroom with a private bathroom, kitchen and all eletronic utilities. If you live in the apartment, the housing allowance of Q2000 will be deduced from the salary. Any other bonus will be offered. And working visa will be processed for the qualified teachers. The salary of your teaching hours are listed as below: 1 student US$7.5/hour (about 45 RMB/ 58 Guatemala Quetzal, it ranges depending on the exchange currency)

2 students US$9/hour (about 55 RMB/70 Guatemala Quetzal, it ranges depending on the exchange currency)

3-5 students US$12/hour (about 72 RMB/ 93 Guatemala Quetzal, it ranges depending on the exchange currency)

6-9 students US$13.5/hour (about 81 RMB/105 Guatemala Quetzal, it ranges depending on the exchange currency)

10 students US$15/hour (about 90 RMB/ 116 GuatQuetzal, it ranges depending on the exchange currency)The working hours will be 7:50am-6pm from Monday to Friday, one hour off for luch, weekends off. The more classes you take, you will earn more. And usually you will earn far more than the minimum salary. Please notice it is a position for 2-5 years.
