Job 4869 German Website Operation Manager Needed in Shanghai,up to 20000rmb per

An Information Technology Company in Shanghai is looking for a German website operation Manager. The position is responsible for the overall plan Operation, Marketing and Planning management about the German e-commerce site. The main responsibility is to make a website operation plan and strategy and apply, improve the website consistently according to the market, increase the website value and clients transactions, promote the overall income of the website, supervise the operation data and analize, then improve the operation data. Responsible for marketing promotion, through including, but not limited: SEM, SEO, EDM, SNS and Social media.You are required to use the online marketing method to generalize site very skillfully by social media, own a strong sensibility of the business market and strong ability of data analysis. The basic requirement is Bachelor degree or above and E-commerce or related fields. More than 3 years experience in e-commerce operation, especially experience in German website operation preferred. The salary is around 20000rmb per month, higher salary depends on your qualification. And the position is 3 months probation, during the probation you will get 80% of the salary, which is around 16000rmb per month. Working visa will be processed.
