On the Mark is looking for qualified candidates to teach adult English in one of our 20 centers in over 17 cities (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Foshan, Beijing, Suzhou, Xiamen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi’an, Nanjing, Shaoxing, Wuxi, Jiangmen, Ningbo and Wuhan) with over 2000 teaching and administrative employees. Students are typically 20 to 35 year old professionals, and over 60,000 young adult learners have successfully studied with our school.

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree
• TEFL certificate preferred
• 2 years teaching experience post graduate (depending on qualification and city)

Compensation Package

• Monthly salary: 11,500 – 18,000 RMB (depending on qualification and city)
• Monthly salary: 11,500 – 18,000 RMB (depending on qualification and city)
• 8,000 RMB contract completion bonus
• 8,000 RMB flight reimbursement
• Seasonal bonus around 2,500 RMB
• Quarterly bonus
• Holidays: 11 national holidays + 10 personal days
• Insurance
• Reimbursed work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
