Joint (Singapore-China) Academic Project in Anhui Province (Managing position)

We are a Singaporean Academic Establishment, and are currently looking for an Assistant Academic Manager (AAM) to assist in managing our Joint (Singapore-China) Academic Projects across a few locations within Anhui Province.

Brief of Work:

The AAM,
1. will be stationed in one of our International Departments in our partnering High Schools in Anhui Province
2. may or may not be required to teach (if required, the teaching hours will not exceed 10 hours/week)
3. will plan and organize academic related tasks, and provide support for all teachers across all locations
4. will supervise all teachers across all locations periodically, to ensure that they carry out their duties in a satisfactory manner
5. will ensure that all teachers achieve their academic targets
6. to write and consolidate reports from all locations
7. Contract duration: 11 months, inclusive of paid public holidays

Education and work experience requirements:
1. Masters degree and above (Medium of Instruction in English)
2. CELTA / TEFL certs or equivalent
3. at least 5 years relevant teaching experience
4. Native Speakers preferred

Brief of Salary and Benefits:
1. Monthly Salary of 12000 RMB and above (negotiable, depending on background and experience)
2. Accommodation: Free good quality shared accommodation near or within school, washer, fridge, TV, AC, etc provided

5. Work Visa

*Start date: Immediate (visa application will start immediately, as the process will take some time)

Our schools are located in small and quiet 4th/5th-tier cities in Anhui Province (Lu’An city, Tianchang city), and the nearest big cities (e.g., Shanghai, Nanjing) will be at least 2 hours away by car.
