K-9 School in Shenzhen, China Hiring 4 English Language Teachers

Huayi Experimental School, a K-9 private elementary school located in Shenzhen, is looking to hire four more English language teachers. For more information about the school, please visit the school website at http://hysyxx.367edu.com/

Information about the positions:
- Full time
- Work day is 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
- Classes are 40 minutes each
- Maximum of 20 hours of teaching per week
- Contract is from September 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017

Main Responsibilities:
- Lesson planning
- Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to, demonstration classes, English corners and other clubs

Compensation:
- Excellent salary of between 12,000 – 18,000 RMB per month (scale based on qualifications and experience. Negotiable based on market reality)
- Free accommodation (a suite with a bathroom and bedroom – Western style)
- Sponsorship of Legal Z work visa
- Other allowances (same as local teachers)
- Free medical insurance
- Vacation time

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (preferably with an education related major)
- TEFL or TESOL certification
- Native English speaker
- Enjoys teaching children English and is passionate about education and culture
- Would be a plus if the candidate is an outdoorsy person and likes sports
- Preferable: some education experience

Other information:

A new subway line just opened up and there is a station right by the school. Therefore there is easy access to public transportation and it takes only 1 hour to get from the school to the border with Hong Kong on the subway.
