Kids Center ESL Teacher

Qualifications
1.Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland（Prefer applicants who are currently in China）
2.Major in early childhood education or other related field preferred
3.Two years kids teaching experience is preferred, TEFL/TESOL certification is a must
4.Age between 24-40
5.Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position

Teaching
Teach English classes for 2-12 years old children(around 12 students per class),and participate in Parents English Corner;
Giving demo classes to potential customers to help with student recruiting;
Assiston Recruiting activities for new centers;
Doing student level placement test, supervising exams and giving end-of-leveltests;
English lessons shall be conducted by foreign teachers.

Working hour
35 real hours per week（excluding lunch and dinner）, of which, teach 25 real hours per week, including teaching regular classes, sales demos and marketingactivities. Classes are calculated in academic hours. One academic hour equals 60 real minutes.
Time-tabling: on weekdays 13:00 to 20:30, on Weekends 9:00 to 18:30, 8.5 workinghours and 1 hour break per day, day off schedule will be decided by school.

Holiday
11 days public year, 2 days off/week(days off are fixed and can be negotiated for consecutive), 10 days of annual leave/year, 1 day Christmas off.

Compensation
18,000-24,000 RMB/month;
FREE APARTMENT(School will provide the free Single apartment included bedroom, kitchen, dining room,washing room, air conditioner, refrigerator etc to ESL teacher. which is 10-15 minuets walk to the school, and ESL teacher should pay all the other daily life expense during living in the room);
Relocation fee: up to RMB 3,000 per year (Reimbursed up to 3,000 RMB when start working in the center);
Visa Reimbursement: up to RMB 3,000 will be reimbursed, includes Visa preparation, medical check and residence permit;
Contract renewal bonus: 5,000 RMB.
