Benefit:

Salary: Salary will be from 10000~15000 RMB. Monthly Salary will be paid on 10th of each month. Free of Tax.

Rent allowance: 1500RMB/Month for compensation of rental fee. Our service department will assist you to rent a proper apartment around school.

Airport pick-up upon arrival

Retention: The retention RMB__400__ will be payable if 90% students repay the tuition of the next term.

Flight reimbursement: If you teach in our school for two terms, we will offer you 4200 RMB flight allowance. 2100RMB will be supplied at the end of first term.

Health insurance

Overtime: Overtime will also be payable when the school needs the teacher to work overtime (=basic salary/96*hours).

Bonus: If the teacher fulfills the teaching requirements and cooperates with the school without absence of classes (except paid holidays). When the school especially needs the teacher to attend on some occasions, the teacher can get the bonus RMB 2000 with positive cooperation.

Assistant: You are going to have your own teaching assistant who is local person for your living things and course support.

Paid holidays: The teacher will have Chinese legal holidays (12 days in all), except which the teacher also will have__10__ paid holidays (1 day=4.8h). The rest holiday fees will be returned to the teachers if the teacher didn’t take all of holidays at the end of the contract.

The school will run the visa for the teacher during the contract and pay the corresponding cost.

Offer accommodation (can stay at a hotel for three days then choose an apartment from our suggestions).

You can go shopping, and apply a banking card or a sim card with the help of our staff for the first time. Then if you have daily life problems you can ask for your help directly.

We will arrange training time for teachers to improve themselves gradually

Main Responsibilities

• . Planning and delivering lessons to children ages 2-18 in groups up to 10 students
• Using electronic media and ESL courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students
• Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises
• Participating in social activities with students organized by your school to encourage oral English proficiency
• Following direction from team leader

Student’s age: 2 – 18 years old

Class size: 10

Working time:  total 28 hours per week. (Teaching and office hours all included)

Qualifications

Nationality：US/Canada

Gender: Male/Female

TEFL/TESOL: Required

Teaching experience: over 2 years

Diploma of Bachelor Degree: Required，2 years after graduation Commit to a 1 year contract in Dalian.
