Terms of Employment

Contract Length：one year or two years contract, renewable

Salary: 9000-11000

Airfare Allowance : ￥5000 per year, paid after one year contract

Over Work Allowance 150/hour if more than 65 teaching hours per week

Other Allowance: monthly ￥1000 for perfect attendance award, ￥3000-4000 for KPI quarterly
