We offer :
Monthly Salary: 13,000-14,800 RMB ($2,475-$2,675 with bonuses, see below).
Monthly Bonus: 1,000 RMB
Quarterly Bonus: 2,000 RMB

Job Description:
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MAINTAIN A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH MANGERS, COWORKERS, STUDENTS, AND PARENTS.
2. MAKE DECORATIONS FOR THE CLASSROOM.
3. LESSON PLAN AND PREPARE ADDITIONAL TEACHING MATERIAL.
4. ATTEND SCHOOL-WIDE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.
5. COMPLY WITH SCHOOL RULES, REGULATIONS, AND POLICIES.
6. MAINTAIN A RICH, EDUCATIONAL, AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS ON SCHOOL CAMPUS.

ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. TEACH STUDENTS THE EAGLE CURRICULUM.
2. FOLLOW THE TEACHING SCHEDULE THAT IS GIVEN TO YOU.
3. PREPARE FOR LESSONS BEFORE TEACHING IN A CLASSROOM.
4. DISCIPLINE CHILDREN IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER.
5. WHEN STUDENTS FALL BEHIND ACADEMICALLY, INFORM LIAISONS AND COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS.
6. FACILITATE SOCIAL INTERACTION AMONGST CHILDREN.
7. WHEN PARENTS RAISE CONCERNS REGARDING STUDENT’S PROGRESS, GIVE APPROPRIATE ATTENTION.

PROMOTIONS AND STUDENT RECRUITMENT
1. ACCEPT TRIAL STUDENTS INTO CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT
2. WHEN NOT TEACHING, ASSIST THE MARKETING TEAM WITH TEACHING AND HOSTING PROMOTIONAL
AND DEMONSTRATION LESSONS BOTH IN AND OUT OF SCHOOL
3. COORDINATE AND PARTICIPATE IN EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES AT SCHOOL
