Kindergarten Class Head Teacher

Job Description 
1) Create long-term and short-term working plans and lesson plans with an instructional approach, implement and designate tasks to co-workers; 
2) Maintain a safe, attractive and friendly learning environment for children aged between 3-6; 
3) Observes and responds to children needs, emergencies, and conflicts that might occur in a classroom, on the playground, in bathrooms, or in common areas; 
4) Helps children with personal hygiene and with keeping classroom clean and organized; 
5) Manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas; 
6) Meets with parents, staff, and administration and attends staff meetings and other events as needed/requested; 
7) Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements 
1) Bachelor degree or above, Early Childhood Education background or related majors preferred; 
2) At least 2 years’ experience in teaching/training as class teachers in kindergartens or preschool centers; 
3) Native-level English speaker from major English-Speaking Countries preferred; 
4) No criminal record or any harmful habits; 
5) Good health, energetic, open-minded, nice and patient, love and feel comfortable staying with children.
