Kindergarten ESL Teacher in Beijing

Qualifications

1.      Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
2.      Major in early childhood education or other related field preferred
3.      kids teaching, baby-sitting or nursery experience strongly preferred,
4.      TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus.
5.      Age between 24-40
6.      Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.

Job Descriptions

1.      Student age: 1~6
2.      Class size: 12-16 students
3.      Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Mon-Fri, 2 days off per week.
4.     Kids activities, class teaching, marketing activities and open classes
5.      Accomplish assignments allocated by teaching manager
6.       Attending trainings, meetings and company activities
7.      Student activities
8.      Parents meetings
9. Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving
10.       Maintain good relationship with class member and their parents

Compensation

1.    Basic Salary: 15,000~17,000 RMB/month, 12 months/year
2.    Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB/month
3.    5,000RMB reimbursement for document  authentications, including: work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
4.    Flight Ticket Reimbursement for 1st year: 6,000 RMB
5.     Contract renewal bonus: 5,000RMB
7.    Medical and Accident Insurance provided
8.    Up to 5 days free hotel provided to settle down in the city
9. Free upfront flight ticket for recent graduates in 2020/2021: Optional
10.      11 days public holiday/year, 2 days off/ week, 10 days paid annual vacation
