Two international kindergartens located in Suzhou and Wuxi, JIangsu province are looking for teachers and managers. The two schools are in very convenient location next to subway station and within 20 mins to Shanghai by train. Currently They are looking for good teachers and mangers to join their team.

1. Suzhou kindergarten
• Vacancies: 1
• Homeroom teacher
• Teach 3 – 6 years old students
• Plan, evaluate and assign lessons
• Class management
• Manage and evaluate student behavior
• Participate in school activities
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
• Meet with students' parents
• Weekly meetings with administrators and staff

2. ESL teacher
• Vacancies: 2
• Teach 3 – 6 years old students
• Plan, evaluate and assign lessons
• Class management
• Manage and evaluate student behavior
• Weekly meetings with administrators and staff
• Participate in school activities
• Work hours: not over 20 periods every week; office hours from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Class size: 20-25 students per class with help of Chinese Teacher assistants

2. Wuxi kindergarten
• Vacancies: 1
• Kindergarten Principal
• Develop a successful growth strategy and business plan for the school
• Oversee all aspects of launching new schools from design/construction, human resource recruitment and training, and student enrolment
• Recruit and orient an appropriate Principal for new school
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate a training program/system
• Create the quality control standards and processes
• Develop marketing strategy and organize events
• Actively promote the international kindergarten advantage and maintain the brand image.
• Design and optimize the curriculum, the original course and parenting program
• Develop and maintain the foreign relations
• Research and share best practices with staff and parents

ESL teachers
• Vacancies: 3
• Teach 3 – 6 years old students
• Plan, evaluate and assign lessons
• Class management
• Manage and evaluate student behavior
• Weekly meetings with administrators and staff
• Participate in school activities
• Work hours: not over 20 periods every week; office hours from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Class size: 20 students per class with help of Chinese Teacher assistants

Salary ranges from 14 to 20K before tax for English teachers based on educational background and experience.
For principal, salary is negotiable based on qualifications.

Teachers
• BA degree or above
• Native speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland etc
• Related educational background or teaching experience is preferred
• IB qualification is preferred

Principal
• At least 5 years international kindergarten management experiences
• Organizing the international kindergarten opening experience is preferred, with foreign children or primary school education management experience is preferred.
• Strong management ability
• Accept new management and educational idea, innovative ideas
• Degree in Education and IB qualification is preferred
