Our kindergarten in Tianhe district, Guangzhou is now looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational principal who shares our high expectations and who has exceptional drive, creativity and tenacity to lead the school on its successful journey. The position starts in September, 2016. Job description:

* Responsible for the school management, enrolling publicity;

* Lead the school team to promote brand development (e. g. IB curriculum system construction);

* Lead the school team to deliver outstanding education and performance;

* Responsible for the instructional management of both local and foreign teachers;

* Work with the foreign principal to build a good school reputation and to develop an effective marketing strategy to ensure the school become oversubscribed;

Qualifications:

* Chinese only (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan nationalities accepted);

* BA degree or higher education; (BA in Pre-school education preferred);

* At least 5 years of management experience in kindergarten (With working experience in international kindergarten preferred);

* With kindergarten principal qualification certificate or other relevant certificates preferred;

* Familiar with the laws and regulations of Kindergarten Education;

* Familiar with Microsoft office and other common office softwares;

* Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and.

Salary: 25000 CNY(RMB) /Month
Housing: Not provided; 3000 RMB as housing allowance for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan nationals only
