Kindergarten Teacher in Beijing, China

Position: English Teacher

Location: Beijing, China

Main Responsibilities:

-Maximum of 40 working hours per week

-Student ages: 2 – 6 years old

-Monday to Friday Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm (weekends off)

-Follow the lead teacher and Principal‘s guidance on a daily basis – Conduct classes that are fun and engaging -Assist in the school’s promotional events

-Conduct demo classes to potential new students

-Attend staff meeting and teacher training

Compensation:

-Excellent monthly salary: 18,000 – 25,000 RMB per month (2500USD-3700USD monthly)

-Flight reimbursement: up to 6,000 RMB

-Quarterly performance bonus: 1,500 RMB (based on performance)

-Annual bonus: 10,000 RMB (based on performance)

-Around 7 weeks per year

-Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided

-Health Insurance provided

-Professional pre-job training with on-going program supervision

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree is required, majoring Early Childhood Education, Psychology, linguistic,

Art related

-TEFL/TESOL certificate 120 hours or above preferred

-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland

-Minimum one-year teaching experiences in international or bilingual kindergartens required -Clean criminal record check
