Kindergarten Teacher Needed in Wanliu Line 10, Beijing

Full Time Kindergarten Teacher Position:

Position Description: 
- Plan, evaluate, and deliver lessons; 
- Introduce children to the disciplines of mathematics, language, science, and social studies; 
- Use games, music, artwork, films, books, computers, and other tools to teach basic skills; 
- Cooperate with colleagues to plan and implement school activities both indoors and outdoors; 
- Be responsible for children’s daily learning and living at kindergarten and ensure their safety; 
- Write quarterly progress reports to record children’s development and communicate with parents on a regular basis.

Requirements: 
• Nationality: Native English Speaker 
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above in Early Childhood Education or related field; 
• Experience: TESOL/TEFL certificate and more than 2 years teaching experience with recommendation letter 
• Others: Well organized and good team player; Outgoing, friendly, patient and caring personality; No criminal record 

Responsibilities and other Detail: 
• Student age range: 3 to 6 years old 
• Class size: 22 to 30 students 
• Class length: Two classes, half day for each 
• Working Days & Hours: From Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day 
• Curriculum: Multimedia teaching 
• Chinese Teaching Assistant: Have two and three local teachers 
• On board Training: Offer orientation training, monthly training and online training 
• Work content detail: Organize activities of children's half day, include teaching time, outdoor activity, learning center time, transition time, snack time, and the other class activities. Participate in teachers & parents meeting and activities which are held in the kindergarten. 

What We Offer our Teachers: 
• Flight: Upon the Employee’s completion of one-year contract, the Company will reimburse the Employee a round trip plane ticket up to RMB 8,000 (coach class and excluding any related taxes or fees and according to the fare quoted by travel agent) to the Employee’s home country or other places upon the actual use

• Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.

Your compensation will include: 
Net Monthly income Total: 
• Base Salary:10000rmb-15000rmb Salary will be based on education and experience 
• Housing: 3000rmb 
• Bonus: 2000rmb 
• Public Holiday: National holidays will be provided 
• Annual Paid Holiday: 5 days 
• Pay Day: 15th of each month
