About us

Zhongsheng Kindergarten opened in 1958 in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province.
Nowadays, 1750 students tudy in 5 kindergartens located between Lianyungang harbor and downtown. The
first international class was created in 2008 at the city center kindergarten. It currently has 70 students in junior, intermediate and senior class. Each class has two Chinese teachers who cover Chinese, math, arts and crafts, plays, singing and who review English classes taught by the foreign teachers. The native English teacher gives at least one period of English per class per day.

Our Benefits

• Salary: RMB 8,000-10,000 (Depending on the working experience and qualification)

• Flight reimbursement: Bonus 50% months’ salary for half year

• Over Work Allowance: RMB 150 per hour

• Accommodation: Free Private Apartment or housing allowance RMB 1,100 per month

Our contract

• One year contract

• 4 campuses : Morning classes in Xinpu, 1 afternoon hour in xugou on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

• Working schedule: From Monday to Friday

• Class size: Less than 25

• Ages: 3-10

• Duration of each class: 50 minutes to 1 hour

• Pre-made lesson plans and training curriculum

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Native English speaker (With Northern American or British pronunciation will be preferred)

• Bachelor degree or higher (Preferably English, Music, Painting, Dancing…applied arts)

• At least 2 years teaching experience required by local government

• 23 to 45 years of age

• Punctual, outgoing and enthusiastic work attitude
