Joy School Hefei

Joy is a Taiwanese franchise English language school. Joy School Hefei, Anhui Province opened in 2002 and has been operating successfully for over 12 years now. Joy School, Hefei has expanded rapidly that we have seven branch schools with 6000 students in the city.

At the moment we have more than30 foreign teachers and over 200 Chinese teachers. During our 12 years, many teachers have extended their contracts.. Several of our foreign teachers are in their fourth or fifth year with the school.

Joy School Hefei is currently looking for full-time English teachers. Here are the details:

Job description:

1. Number of positions available: 10

2. Starting Date: ASAP

3. Working hours: 16 teaching hours, 8 office hours, 3 training hours every week

4. Free time: more than one full day and two half days per week

5. Class size: maximum 18 students

6. Age range: 7 to14 years old

7. Additional information, teaching materials and curriculum provided

Requirements:

Ø English speakers, 24 years or older

Ø Bachelor’s degree

Ø Teaching experience

Ø TEFL or TESOL Certificate

Compensation and Benefits:

Ø RMB 9000/ month-10200/month

Ø RMB 5000 completion bonus

Ø RMB125 per hour for overtime

Ø 37 days paid holiday

Ø 2 weeks extra paid leave on renewal of contract

Ø accident insurance and medical insurance

Ø shared furnished apartment or subsidized single apartment

Ø Airfare: economy class round-trip airfare for one year contract
