Job description

Position: ESL Teacher

Location: Ningbo

Responsibilities：

 Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students.

 Make corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student.

 Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc..

 Fulfill one to one teaching and take proper ways based on the different situation of each student as well as their requirements.

Requirements/qualifications:

You don't have to speak any Chinese or have previous teaching experience. But if you do, that will be a plus. As long as you hold a Bachelor Degree, come from English native speaking countries (America, Canada , Australia, the UK , New Zealand) ,that will be OK for us. Aged from 20-45, at least 2 years working experience, TEFL or TESOL.

Also we hope you are motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country.

Compensation:

 Competitive salary, annual performance bonus

Salary range:

Rest cities: 8000-11000RMB +1500RMB housing allowance per month

Complete one year contract get 8000RMB airfare allowance

Full attendance 1000RMB

Working hour:

5 teaching hours+ 2 office hours per day

2 days off a week, not weekend.
