Lead Trainer Position at I²

i² is seeking experienced and motivated candidates to fill positions as Trainer and Lead Trainer.  These full-time positions are based at our headquarters in Chengdu, China.  As a Trainer or Lead Trainer, you will work individually and as a team to develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for our 400+ teachers.  We provide a generous package of benefits, and a competitive salary commensurate with your level of experience.

Ideal candidates will have extensive teaching experience, as well as at least 2 years of training, management, or other leadership experience in the ESL field.  Candidates should have outstanding communication skills and be confident in leading presentations  for trainees.  Robust skills in common office software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, etc. are also a must, as the position involves the creation of substantial and re-useable training materials.
