And, due to our rapid growth, we are in immediate need of a teacher for adult aged students. We offer an excellent package, and consider ourselves flexible toward meeting individual needs: 
A salary after taxes of 10,000 RMB/month, plus housing allowance, in a small city environment where saving $1,000/month is, indeed, very possible! (Compare that to you current situation. High cost of living, of entertainment, in time to get anywhere, and the hassles of living in high density, pushy neighborhood.) 
A 32-hour workweek, with no more than 20 classes/week.

A co-teaching environment with a qualified Chinese English teacher where teamwork is highly valued.

Two consecutive days off per week, including Sunday. 26-vacation days/year. (This gives you plenty of time to visit famous cities without actually having to put up with them!)

Almost anywhere you live will be within walking distance of the beach.

We prefer these qualifications beyond TEFL (or equivalent) and a college degree: 
Proven teaching experience. 
Above average knowledge in English structure and grammar. 
A strong desire for a teacher with business experience. 
A person who is flexible, energetic, and positive in attitude.
