Literature Teacher & Library Coach in a Training School in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan

Position: Literature Teacher & Library Coach

Location: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan

Working Hours:

Working hours: 40 hours per week with no more than 24 teaching hours

Weekday schedule 11am-8pm（1hour for lunch）

Weekend schedule 9am-6pm （1hour for lunch）

Responsibilities:

Literature Teacher:

Be familiar with all aspects of our curriculum, the lesson flows, and the quiz schedules

Complete mid-term and end of term assessments that are personalized and constructive

Access our resources and plan your Teachers Logs according to the objectives of the courses

Deliver high-quality literature, writing, and phonics courses to students including assigned quizzes

Issue and explain homework assignments to students and parents

Mark all tasks that students complete in class and for homework and fill out post-class comments

Library Coach:

Monitor student progress utilizing data analysis

Be familiar with our curriculum in order to make suggestions for student placement

Write student assessment reports with strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations

Motivate the students and foster a love for literature and writing

Requirements:

English Native speaker

TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification

Bachelor’s degree or above

1-2 years of teaching experience (experience in teaching 5-15 years old students  preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

16,000-24,000RMB/month  (depends on experience and background)
