Qualifications

1. English native level speaker 
2. A Bachelor’s Degree or above 
3. A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certification （for English language teachers only）
4. Must be able to obtain a clear background check 
5. The ability to live abroad for at least one year 
6. Experiences of teaching kids and adult
7. Positive attitude, reliable and be able to work under a dynamic environment 
8. At least one-year commitment, longer dedication highly preferred 

Salary and Benefits

Package up to 28,000 RMB per month includes:

Sponsored legal Z work Visa

Monthly Salary package:Base salary: up to 22,000RMB per month, based on qualifications 

10,000 RMB salary advance available

Performance bonus after 6 months up to 2,000 RMB per month

Airfare bonus: RMB 6,000-8,000 after contract fulfillment 

Incentive Bonuses for extra teaching hours 

House allowance: RMB 1,500-2,000 per month

Demo Bonus: 1000-4000RMB/month

Free Chinese Language Class for international teachers (we aim on helping our teachers to pass HSK) 

ESL certification program including Cambridge TKT, Trinity Cert TESOL, Trinity
