Looking for 2 ESL Teachers With Experience Teaching Younger Learners in Shanghai, China

EB Earlybirds is a pioneer in using elements of creative drama in the learning of English working in partnership with local schools and kindergartens in Shanghai. Our focus is helping students build their self-confidence, develop their social skills and creativity through improvisation, script-based performances and children's theater plays.

EB is looking for 2 ESL teachers with experience teaching younger learners (They must have a strong background in drama) full time. (part-time or freelance candidates also considered)

The ideal candidate will: 
-Have a strong background in teaching young learners 
-have a background in drama or the performing arts 
-have proven classroom management skills with preschool- primary school students 
-be passionate and have a creative personality 
-be a proficient user of a standard English

Earlybirds offers: 
-a 24-month contract with a net salary of 20,000 to 25,000 RMB, according to experience and commitment 
-3-month probation 10% salary increase after probation 
-flight allowance (RMB8,000) 
-6 days' paid annual leave plus all Chinese public holidays 
-accident and medical insurance 
-training and support for teaching 
-assistance with resettlement

Responsibilities include: 
-teaching average 25 lessons a week, each lesson 40-60minutes 
-teaching Creative Drama courses with English as medium of instruction 
-teaching English to enhance students' reading level 
-directing and guiding class play 
-recording and reporting on course contents and student performance 
-adhering to high standards of professional conduct
