Looking for career opportunity AND experience a different part of China WHILE making good pay?
An education group in Shandong, China, is seeking:
1. Academic Director
2. 20 instructors
SUITABLE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE:
1. Native speakers from one of the six English-speaking countries
2. Age: between 30 to 50
3. University degree
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate
5. Independent and adaptable
For those applying for academic director, addition requirements:
- Have at least five years teaching experience
- Have an actual academic manager or senior teacher experience of curriculum development and new teachers training program.
- Expertise in teaching young-aged students from 3-15 years old.
EXCELLENT TERMS AND BENEFITS:
1. A 12-month contract minimum.
2. 9500-11000 RMB/month net salary, at least THREE TIMES MORE than most professionals in the area! You will be able to save quite a bit of your pay! for first year (about 3-4 times the average full time office workers wage here for half the work time). Trust me when I say you can save most of your pay.
3. Accommodation assistance from school.
4. One-way air ticket reimbursed (up to 4200RMB).
5. 22 paid holidays.
6. Up to 15 days unpaid leave per year allowed during the summer holiday.
7. Financial assistance is also provided to help new teachers settle in during their first few months.
8. Medical insurance provided.
9. Two-hours free Chinese lessons per week.
10. End of contract bonus for 1st year is 5000rmb, and 8000rmb for the 2nd year.
11. Work visa, residence permit, and expert certificate provided.
12. Placement at a rapidly developing city.
