Looking for Energetic Individuals, Who Enjoy Working With Children
Vision Education Center is an English training center that has gained much popularity since it opened its first school eight years ago. Vision currently has seven schools and a kindergarten operating in Shanghai with seventeen foreign team members. Because of our recent expansion, we are looking for energetic individuals, who enjoy working with children and want to live in Shanghai.
To join our team, we require:
- A Bachelors degree with two years of teaching experience, or
- A Bachelors degree with a TESL or TEFL certification (no less than 140 hour course) , or
- A degree higher than Bachelors
Our company provides after school English training for local students from ages 3-12, in classes of up to 20 students. Each class is one and a half hours. Our workweek is from Wednesday to Friday, 2:30pm-8:00pm and Saturday, Sunday 9:00am-5:00 pm.
First year teachers will go through a month orientation period. During this time, the teacher will be provided with training to gain insight on our company’s structure and expectations.
As a first year teacher our pay structure is as follows:
-First month (probationary period) pays 9000RMB
-Second month onwards, teachers are eligible to make up to 11,600RMB (12 classes)
-Salary can be negotiated depending on experience
Our company provides:
A full curriculum and teaching aids
Paid training
Working permit and visa
Free Chinese lessons
Local health care plan
14 paid public holidays
Excellent bonus package
Upon completion of our thirteen-month contract, we offer a bonus of 6000Rmb, and a one-way flight reimbursement of 6000RMB.
Teachers applying from outside of Shanghai will be provided with airport pick up and assistance in finding an apartment.
