About Our Company

eHello aims to be a global education service provider by connecting people from all over the world and providing them with real time education via Internet.

Presently, we are dedicated to connecting adults and young children in China with ESL teachers and native English speakers through Skype and QQ, so that these children and adults can learn authentic real English at home. For now, we have more than 10,000 Chinese students with only 690 English teachers/tutors. We need more English teachers and tutors join us, like YOU!

We have developed a unique teaching method: Tri-Rounds-Role-Play-Scenario (TRPS), and we will train you and make sure you understand and know how to apply this method in class. Currently, we offer five main programs of study: Business English for the Workplace; English for Communication (e.g. Daily English, Travel English, etc.); IELTS/TOEFL Preparation; Industry English (Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Logistics Management, and Marketing); English for Young Learners. You can choose one or two among five after you have mastered TRPS method.

Work at eHello

eHello is looking for passionate and patient ESL teachers and tutors to deliver online English courses for those who live in China but really want to learn authentic English. The instructor will be mostly needed online from 6pm to 11pm, Sunday to Monday, based on students’ needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage students and create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Maintain high teaching quality
• Give evaluation/feedback to students after each class

Qualifications

• Have excellent command of the English language
• A college or university degree is preferred
• Previous (online) English teaching experience is an asset
• Energetic, friendly, motivational, and professional
• Always in an active learning attitude
• Able to work from 6am to 11am (EST), from Sunday to Monday
• Ideally, we would like you to have at least 15 hours available per week
• Reliable internet connection speed (download 5-10 Mps, upload 2 Mbps), camera, and headset
