Appendix Party A's Obligations
1. Party A shall provide Party B a free accommodation .Part B is in charge of all the bills of using the room.
2. the monthly salary calculated as follows:
Working hours(monthly) Salary
80hours RMB5,000.00
100hours RMB6,000.00
120hours RMB7,000.00
140hours RMB8,000.00
4. Party A shall pay Party B RMB 1,100 yuan as travel expenses at the end of each term.(totally RMB2,200 Yuan/ Year).
5. Party A shall pay Party B a bonus of RMB 1,000 yuan by the expiration of the contract.
6. Party A shall provide Party B one-way ticket from South Africa to Shanghai when the one-Year contract expires.
7. Party A shall help Party B to apply for the working visa; Party A shall bear the expenses thus incurred when the one-year contract expires.
Party B's Obligations
1. Party B can’t quit the contract before the deadline of contract with any reasons. Otherwise party B pay the penalty fees RMB6000.00.
2. Party A is the only employer of Party B during the contract time. Party B can’t do other teaching jobs without party A’s permission. Otherwise party B pay the penalty fees RMB6000.00.
3 Party B shall ask for approval of Party Abeforehand if he can not give a class because of illness or personal affairs. Party B shall make up for the missed classes when the leave is up. If Party B fails to make up for the missed classes, Party A can reduce Party B's salary.
4. Party B's salary shall be reduced if he does not give a class without permission. The salary will be reduced in the following way: monthly salary-2*missed classes*(monthly salary/(weekly classes*4)).
5. Party B shall bear all the expenses incurred when he sees a doctor.
