You don't have to speak any Chinese or have previous teaching experience. But if you do , that will be a plus.As long as you hold a Bachelor’s Degree or are going to obtain your Bachelor’s Degree in this year, and come from English native speaking countries(America, Canada ,Australia, the UK , New Zealand) ,that will be OK for us.
