Innovative Beijing international Education Program/High School in North Beijing seeks full-time tech-friendly Academic English instructors to join bicultural team launching Mobiliz-Ed China, the nation’s first comprehensive mobile assisted English language learning program. Succcessful candidates help design and teach 10th and 11th grade literature, test prep, integrative 4 skills language, and Advanced Placement courses. Typical weekly schedule involves 20-24 40 minute periods and no more than 3 classes of 15-24 students each.

The position is ideal for "edupreneurs," who are interested in developing and sharing innovative tech-assisted learning solutions with but also beyond their own classrooms. Through the project, participants will have opportunities for professional development and participation in conferences both in China and internationally.

Required:

BA/BS from English-medium university with admissions test scores (TOEFL, SAT, A-Level, AP, GRE) in top 20 percent.

2 years teaching/training experience or its equivalent at secondary or postsecondary level.

Interest in tech-assisted learning

Desirable but not required

Experience using mobile technology for teaching and/or learning

Curriculum development experience

Salary Range: 22k-36K plus furnished apt and competitive benefits package.
