Why join us?
Too many students fall behind academically too quickly in Mississippi, often two grade levels behind by third grade. By high school, this translates into ACT scores that fall below the national average and only 11 percent of graduates ready for college. This represents the inequity in the nearly 50 urban and rural regions where we work around the country. For the over 16 million children growing up in poverty, these disparities severely limit life opportunities.

Required to apply:
• Bachelor’s degree by June 2014 or earlier
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative undergraduate GPA
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States or have received deferred action for childhood arrivals
