Benefits included in all teaching packages:
• A monthly salary of 10,000 - 17,000 RMB net of taxes, salary commensurate with experience

Position 1: Nursery, Pre-K, and Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Beijing
Reporting To: Campus Principal
Objective: As a teacher, you will be working with students from 2 to 7 years old. Along with our Chinese Teacher Assistants and Daily Life Teachers, your job will be to engage our students to develop their own talents and social competence to become a curious life-long-learner.
Job Profile

Qualifications
• Native English Speakers from North America, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand
• Bachelor’s degree with teaching license/certificate or Early Childhood Experience
• 2 years working with young learners
• Candidates with music, art or dance/drama background are strongly encouraged to apply
Terms:
Start Date: Immediate
Weekly teaching hours: 40 hours/week (30.0 Contact hours)
Duration: 1 year
Compensation: 12,000 to 17,000 RMB/month, net of taxes, salary commensurate with experience. Medical insurance included.
Position 2: Global Track Teacher
Objective: The Lead Teacher manages the teachers, executes curricula standards and maintains good class quality to create a warm teaching environment for the Global Track program.
As a Lead Teacher you will be responsible for:
• Conducting weekly teacher meetings
• Teacher observations, evaluations, and follow-ups
• Professional development seminars
• Plan and organize monthly theme-based or holiday parties
Qualifications
• Native English speaker required from North America, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand
• BA degree and 3 years teaching experience with young learners
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Must be able to relate and speak to parents in a respectful and courteous manner and be aware of cultural differences and potential misunderstandings
• Must be willing to work in a team environment, be willing to share ideas and be open to the ideas of others, and be flexible and willing to compromise
Terms:
Start Date: Immediate or February 2015
Contract Duration: 1 year
Compensation: 10,000 to 12,000 RMB/month, net of taxes, salary commensurate with experience. Optional medical insurance.
