Spotlight International English School truly provides a unique English training program in Jinan, Shandong, China to Children from the ages of 1 1/2 to 18. Spotlight is supported and fully accredited by local authorities as well as International educators. Our unique approach provides students with the necessary tools to learn English efficiently in a warm, welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment.

Our facilities include Smart boards in every classroom, a movie theatre, English training software in the parent waiting areas and a video monitoring system which allows parents to observe their children at all times.

Our exclusive English training program takes students on a journey of discovery and exploration. A typical 2 hour class may include 2-4 subjects that creatively cover the same topic. Therefore children are learning the same topic using 2-4 methods, subjects and environments.

All foreign teachers will be trained through Originateve by a qualified and experienced American teacher. The training program provides new teachers with a foundation to begin their teaching career successfully. Furthermore, upon completing the training program, a certificate will be provided by Originateve. Please see the website: http://www.originateve.org. Currenty, we are the only Language school in China that offers this service for no cost to our teachers.

Qualification & Requirement

* Native English speakers (preferably from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa)

* Hold a bachelor degree or master degree

* Teaching experience is desirable but not essential
