Spotlight International English school is currently seeking native English speakers for full-time teaching positions asap.

Spotlight International English School truly provides a unique English training program in Jinan, Shandong, China to Children from the ages of 1 1/2 to 18. Spotlight is supported and fully accredited by local authorities as well as International educators. Our unique approach provides students with the necessary tools to learn English efficiently in a warm, welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment.

Our state of the art facilities include Smart boards in every classroom, a movie theatre, English training software in the parent waiting areas and a video monitoring system which allows parents to observe their children at all times.

One of the key features which help differentiate Spotlight is the fact that we teach several subjects such as Language Arts, Phonics, Music, Art, Science, Geography, Physical Education, Social Science. We use these subjects as a tool to teach English.

This unique method ensures students are immersed in English, constantly stimulated and engaged throughout the entire learning process.

Our exclusive English training program takes students on a journey of discovery and exploration. A typical 2 hour class may include 2-4 subjects that creatively cover the same topic. Therefore children are learning the same topic using 2-4 methods, subjects and environments.

Our program is innovatively designed to allow children to enjoy themselves while learning. Students quickly realize that learning English is enjoyable and achievable.

Qualification & Requirement

* Native English speakers (preferably from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa)

* Under 50 years of age and in good health

* Hold a bachelor degree or master degree

* Teaching experience is desirable but not essential

Remuneration & Benefit

* Salary 6000-8000RMB per month after tax

* Airfare allowance

* LEGAL Work Visa (Z visa and Residence Permit)

* Free private apartment (equipped with internet, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner, water heater, etc.)

* Free physical examination in China
