Native English Speaking Test Administrators in China - Various Locations
Australian Education Assessment Services (AEAS) wishes to appoint native English speaking Test Administrators in China. We are seeking Test Administrators in the following cities –Shanghai; Kunming; Chengdu; Chongqing; Wuhan; Xiamen or Fuzhou; Harbin; Shenyang; Shenzhen.
Test Administrators are required to be available on a casual basis outside business hours, usually weekends.
AEAS is located in Melbourne, Australia and established our own office in Beijing in 2010. AEAS provides a comprehensive assessment service for international students applying for entry into Australian schools. The AEAS Assessment includes English language tests (in five skill areas), mathematical reasoning and general ability tests. AEAS testing is available in over 50 test centres across 20 countries. AEAS is seeking to expand its China testing network to other cities. Test sessions in current locations are once or twice monthly.
The Test Administrator will be responsible for invigilating the written components of the AEAS Assessment – which take approximately 3 hours – under strict supervision. Speaking tests are conducted individually and take approximately 10 – 15 minutes per student. Payment is RMB800-1000 per written session and RMB100 per speaking test.
Successful applicants will meet the Key Selection Criteria outlined in the job description and will preferably have experience in testing examination administration under formal conditions. An understanding of test administration, confidentiality and test material security practices will be an advantage.
Test Administrators are required to sign an agreement with AEAS and to already have a valid working visa in China.
