Native English Teachers Needed Asap

Position: Full-time English language teacher (Minimum one-year commitment)
Company type: English Language Training School
Student profile: All ages but mainly 3-12 year-old learners
Class size: from 4-15
Working schedule: 35 (hours per week including teaching and office hours; 2 days off Mon & Wed or Tue & Thu.

Job duties:
Planning and delivering lessons mainly to infants and primary school learners
Give demos to new students
Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
Attendance to weekly meeting, training, workshop, and doing related paperwork

Starting salary: 16,000-19,000 RMB per month
3000-15000 RMB bonus at the end of the contract
Up to 6000 RMB bonus every term depending on performance
Overtime: 150 RMB per hour
Assistance in work visa application; providing working residence permit
Housing allowance: 2000 RMB (average monthly rent 2000-3000 RMB)
Flight airfare allowance: 6000 RMB paid with the first salary and 6000 RMB paid upon contract completion

Age: 21 to 45 years old
Native English speaker (from UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand)
Outoing, energetic, good at dealing with children and love for teaching
Bachelor´s or Master´s degree (majored in Education preferred)
TEFL/TESOL certificate (to be taken before departing for China)
Clean criminal record
