Native English Teachers Needed in Mandalay, Myanmar (burma)

PreSchool English Teacher and Basketball Coach for our school in Yangon and Lower Primary English Teacher Needed in Mandalay, Myanmar (Burma)

The International language & Business Centre would like to recruit one PreSchool English Teacher and one Basketball Coach for our school in Yangon and then a Lower Primary English Teacher for our school in Mandalay.All teachers must be native speakers. Age limit for PreSchool and Lower Primary teachers is 35 years and for the Basketball coach is 45 years. For the PreSchool teacher only female teachers need apply.

Teachers applying for the PreSchool teacher position must either hold a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or a BA (English or Social Sciences)plus a certificate in Early Childhood Education. Must have at least 3 or more years teaching experience in PreSchools. School hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.Location of position is Yangon.

Teachers applying for the Lower Primary English teacher position must hold a bachelor degree in English or other Arts subjects plus a teaching certificate and at least 3 or more years experience teaching in the primary level in a formal school setting.School hours is from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Max teaching hours is 25 per week.Location of position is Mandalay.

For the position of the basketball coach position applicants must hold a university degree and have 3 or more years experience as a coach in either high school or university. Those with physical education degree will be given preference.Location of position is Yangon.

Salary offered will be USD 2250 for PreSchool and Lower Primary English teachers and USD 2000 for the basketball coach position.Accommodation or accommodation allowance will be given.Return airfare to country of recruitment with the airfare to Myanmar reimbursed on arrival in the school.The return airfare will be given when the teacher completes the initial contract successfully and leaves the school or when the teacher leaves ILBC employment at a later time. Visa runs will be covered by ILBC (return airfare to Bangkok, visa fees and one night's hotel fee in Bangkok). Other benefits and duties will be in the Terms & Conditions for Expatriate Teachers of ILBC which will be sent to selected applicants.
