Native English Teachers Wanted in China

We are looking for motivated, creative and professional teachers to come work in our English teaching programs. The successful applicants need to be flexible and hard working as we are a goal-oriented company.

Teach English Courses Incl. Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading
Courses are designed on North America training materials.
Develop course outline and presentation PPT based on training material
Teaching preparation before classes and teaching assessment after classes
Teach junior high students (Grade7-9) in Beijing to improve English skills especially on speaking, listening and essay writing.
Use a variety of delivery methods, which will stimulate appropriate learning to students’ needs and demands of the syllabus
Research and Development of new courses
Teamwork with R&D team to improve current courses and develop new courses
Prepare and regularly update subject materials
Flexible work hours
Ensure a safe, secure and healthy environment for students
Travel (10% of work time) needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required – Major in Education or English preferred
Over 100 hours of teaching experience (includes student teaching experience)
Native English speaker
Able to begin work ASAP preferred

Additional Information
Hiring Period: 12 months minimum, start ASAP  

Location: Beijing, CHINA

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree & Native English speaker

Workload: 40 hours per week including weekend hours.

Salary: CNY 15,000-CNY 30,000 per month depending on experience

Flight allowance: 1 round flight per 1 teaching year (12 month)

Paid vacation days: 11 days + 11 days Chinese Public Holidays Training allowance: Up to 1,000 RMB for TEFL/ TESOL certificates

Start-up loan: Up to 10,000 RMB upon arrival
