CFCIEhasestabl ishedmorethanfive(5)SCICchainmodelprogramsinChinaincludingSCICprogramsinLia oning(2000),Heilingjiang(2001),Guangxi(2001),Guilin(2008)andChongqing(2009) ,aswellasSCIS’sinLiaoning(2001),Guangxi(2003).
CFCIEhasalsoestablihsedtwoUncleSam'sEng lishHouses(USEH),chainEnglisheducationprogramsforkidsaged3to12yearsold.,inN anningCity,thecapitalofGuangxiProvince,Chinainyear2012.
SincetheestablishmentofthefirstSCICatGua ngxiUniversity,Nanning,Guangxi,andSCISprogramsinChina,CFCIEhastrainedover20 ,000studentsandemployedover300nativeEnglish-speakingteachersfromCanada,theU nitedStates,theUnitedKingdom,AustraliaandNewZealand.
CFCIEisprojectedtotrainover100,000studentst hroughtheCFCIE'sSCIC&SCISmodelprogramsandprovide3000NativeEnglishSp eakerteachersworkingandlivingopportunitiesinChina.Atthesametime,CFCIEplanst oestablish10USEHinNanningtoteachCandianEnglishtoover10,000childreninthenear futurebeforebringingtheUSEHprogramtootherlocationsinChina.

CFCIEisresponsibleforthe“Sof twarecomponents”andIntellectualPropertiesoftheSCIC’ssuchastheCa nadianeducationalmodels,concepts,curriculums,texts,hiringofnativeEnglish-sp eakingteachersandprogramleaders,aswellason-siteprogramqualitymonitoring.Eac huniversityisresponsibleforall“Hardwarecomponents”suchasbuildin gsandclassrooms,equipment,accommodationsforteachersandstudents,aswellasstud entrecruitment,enrollment,logisticsandadministration.

TheCFICEmodelofedu cationhasgainednationalrecognitionacrossChina.In2003,SCICstudentHuJieyewont heNationalChampionshipofthe‘ChineseNewRisingStar’Competition(co mpetitorscamefrommorethantwenty-sixprovincesandregions).Thecompetitionwasho stedbytheChinaNationalMinistryofCulture,MinistryofHumanResources,ChinaEduca tionalCentralTVChannel,aswellasAustralia-SydneyChineseTV.
In2004,SCICstudentscontributedtotheGXU Teamandparticipatedinthe‘JessupInternationalLawMootCourtCompetition&l squo;(ChinaRound),whichwasheldforthesecondtimeinChinawithparticipantsfromun iversitiesacrossChina.TheGXUTeamwontheNationalTop14thGroupAverageinthefinal competition.GXUTeam’srankingwashigherthanthatofteamsfrommostoftheChin aNationalKeyUniversitiessuchasZhejiangUniversity,BeijingNormalUniversityand ShanghaiJiaoTongUniversity.

In2005,SCICenteredthe‘CCTVCupEnglishDebatingNationalContest&rs quo;,acompetitionforalluniversitiesacrossChina.Eachuniversitysentonefinalis ttotheNationalContestinBeijing.SCICstudentQinYewonthechampionshipintheConte stofGuangxiZhuangAutonomousRegion(GXZAR)amongits45universitiesandcolleges.A ttheNationalContest,sheachievedtheNationaltop18thrankingamongthefinalistsfr omathousanduniversitiesinthirty-fiveprovincesandregionsacrossChina.
In2010,SCICPrograminCQpartic ipatedintheUniversityStudent'sAcademicEnglishContesthostedbytheForieign LanguageResearchHouse(theNationaltopresearchAgency).LangYuwontheNationalCha mpionship.
