Job Description

 Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Teach approximately 15 hours per week, including but not limited to, regular class, open class, and piloting/testing class, and offline tutoring and marketing activity..
• Particulate film/video making for curriculum, teacher training, marketing team to meet and excel VIPKID standard.
• Teaching in-person classes for privileged customers.
• Design and deliver training to staff members at headquarter office and online teachers.

Requirements and Expectations

• Commitment to VIPKID’s vision and model.
• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization
• Goal oriented mindset, and strong project and time management skills
• 2 years Teaching experience required, and China-based experience teaching ESL students ages 4-12 is a plus
• Teacher training, development, and support experience is strongly preferred.
