Native ESL Teachers Needed in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chongqing

Teaching English to kids in China aged 3-12 in groups of 8-12 students, most from 3-6 years old.
• Plan and deliver lessons based on pre-written lesson plans and multi-media materials provided
• Organize social and cultural activities with Chinese colleagues
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Participate in social activities, class preparation seminars and marketing promotion activities

Salary for fully qualified candidates: 15000+ RMB / month 
• 7,000 RMB annual flight allowance after one-year commitment 
• Working visa sponsored
• Arrival assistance - airport pick-up and seven days free stay in hotel upon arrival (from overseas)
• Financial and human support on the first arrival month if needed (from overseas)
• Full medical insurance
• 10 days paid annual leave plus 11 national holidays
• Pre-written lesson plans and in-person orientation and training

Requirements:
• Native English speakers is a MUST (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa) according to Chinese government working visa policy
• BA or above - Education, Linguistics or English majors are preferred
• TEFL 120 hours or 2 years of associated experience 
• Able to pass the clear criminal check and health check for working visa application
• 22-45 years
