Native Speakers at Nuaa (nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics)
We are looking for degree-holding, native English speakers to come to teach in NUAA (Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics -- one of the top 100 universities in China). The university is in the historic city of Nanjing, 5 minutes walk from the Ming Dynasty's "Forbidden City" (older than the one in Beijing).
The candidate must have graduated from an accredited college/university, be able to present in front of people, have a clear accent, and be comfortable with teaching and communicating in English.
Relevant teaching or presentation experience is not necessary, but is a plus.
The classes are completely taught in English, and so no Chinese language ability is required for the position. In case you are not a US citizen, we do encourage multiple nationalities, but we give priority to applicants who are citizens of the US, Britain, Australia and New Zealand.
The two semester contract includes a payed vacation during the Chinese new year, visa support, flight re-disbursement, a furnished apartment with AC, TV, kitchen.
Salary is dependent upon the teacher's qualifications and experience. All teachers are entitled to the benefits described above and at least 5300 RMB a month.
