Job description

1. Job title: Major customer English Teacher
2. Provide English course to public school students and company staff;
3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;
5. Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups;
6. 5 working days per week ,day off on weekends
7. Working hours per week: 30 (20 teaching + 10 non-teaching)
8. Working place: Chengdu, Changsha, Guiyang, Chongqing, Kunming, Qingdao, Nanning, Nanchang, Xi’an

Benefits Package

1. Salary: 11,000+(basic salary depending on work experience)+1,800(housing allowance)+2,000(traffic allowance) =15,000RMB+/month
2. Bonus system
3. Contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB;
4. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention and new teacher recommendation;
5. Quarterly evaluation bonus: 300 to 1,000 depending on performance;
6. Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching

8. Housing allowance: 1,800 RMB per month;
9. Reimbursement of flight ticket to China: 6,000 RMB as maximum;
10. Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on the completion of contract;
11. Traffic allowance: depending on actual monthly teaching hour

Requirements

1. Native English speaker preferred;
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;
3. At least 2 years related experience with reference letter;
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred;
5. 22 to 50 years old;
