AILE Education Group is immediately in need of 10 native English speaking teachers. As innovative professionals and an enduring organization in the field of English Training, AILE Education Group has over 2000 students whose ages range from 3-18, we are currently employing 25 international teachers.
About our school:
AILE Education Group's reputation for quality makes it one of the leading forces in the huge EFL market. We make every effort to meet the high standards demanded by our customers. 80% of our students are young learners, in addition to which we also teach teenagers, parents, professionals and university students. We also provide high levels of support to our staff, with all teachers (who are all native speakers) receiving academic support from on-site managers, allowing teachers to develop professionally.
Ideal candidates:
1. Degree holder;
2. CELTA/Trinity/TESOL certified;
3. One year teaching experience;
4. Be motivated, patient, punctual, responsible, energetic and cooperative;
5. Love working with children;
6. Good health;
7. Aged between 21 and 45;
However, other applicants will be considered.
What we offer:
1. A 12 month contract starting from December 2009, Jan, Feb and March 2010;
2. 6445rmb monthly net salary for 18hours per week; 7078rmb monthly net salary for 20hours per week. 8400RMB monthly net salary for a senior teacher (all after tax);
3. 18 or 20 hours total teaching workload per week, working 5 days per week;
4. Overtime available (but no mandatory) at 91rmb/hour.
5. One way air ticket reimbursed (up to 4200RMB);
6. 22 days paid leave including school and national holidays per year (5 days for May holiday, 5 days for National holiday, 1 day for Christmas, 1 day for New Year, 7 days for Spring Festival). These are all subject to Chinese current rules;
7. Up to 15 days unpaid leave per year allowed during the summer holiday;
8. The school offers assistance in locating suitable accommodation, and financial assistance can also be provided for your first few months.
9. Up to 1300rmb refund for 12 months medical insurance provided;
10. 2 hours free Chinese lessons per week;
11. End of contract bonus for 1st year is 3000rmb, 6000rmb for the 2nd year.
12. Work visa and residence permit provided;
13. The number of students per class is usually under 14. Each class has an assistant Chinese teacher;
14. 800rmb raise for 2nd year teachers.

About our city:
Dongying is located in the north centre Shandong province, just south of the Yellow River, with Jinan (the capital of Shandong) to its west and Qingdao (a popular coastal city) to our south.
Dongying was founded in 1983 and is centered on the Shengli Oilfields. With a population of 1.7 million Dongying has a little of everything to satisfy most needs and wants.
The city is divided into West city and East city. The main area of interest is West city, within this area there are many shopping districts, restaurants and hotels. Shopping is easy in Dongying, with most of the larger shopping centers catering to the needs of most people. Clothing and footwear are available in most stores, and entertainment items such as DVD's & electronic devices are readily available.
Western food items are also available such as dairy products, coffees and snack foods. There are numerous restaurants in Dongying catering for different tastes. The styles of food available are numerous with mainly Northern cuisine. However southern and western cuisines are also available. Western foods are available at some hotels and coffee shops, of course there are also fast food restaurants such as KFC and McDonalds.
Overall, Dongying is a good city to live and work. Its close proximity to both Beijing and Shanghai makes traveling to and from easy. The city is not too big and busy, but developed enough to make living pleasurable.
