Cheonan is a medium-sized city on the west coast with a decent population and a good foreign teacher community.

It is also located on the KTX line, making is easy and fast to travel to all the major cities in the country in 2.5 hrs or less (that is the maximum.. Daejeon takes an hour, so does Seoul and Daegu).
