Experience Required - At least 2 years of secondary school teaching experience in the related subject.

GAC Science + ACT Science

(GAC: Global Assessment Certificate; ACT: American College Test)

Teacher Expectations

GAC Science: The teacher is expected to have a sound understanding of laws, theories and principles of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science and Earth Sciences.

ACT Science Preparatory: The ACT Science Test content is covers a broad range of basic scientific concepts and terminology, specifically in biology, chemistry, Earth/space sciences, and Physics.

Does the school provide the teaching curriculum? : GAC Science: Yes; ACT Science Preparatory: No.

Work load per week - About 12-14 class hours per week, 40 minutes per class hour

Office Hours - Yes, 3 hours each week

Monthly Pay - 12,000-14,000 RMB per month depending on the qualification of the teacher, the subject and teaching hours.

Round Trip Ticket compensation - 10,000 RMB air ticket subsidy and 2,200 RMB travel grant per year is offered.

Medical Insurance Supplied - Yes

Free apartment Supplied - Yes, and we provide 500 RMB utilities subsidy per month. If the teacher chooses to rent an apartment off campus, the school will provide a subsidy 2000 RMB for rent.
