Responsibilities:
Develop lesson plans and materials that are specifically structured to meet the needs of students
Assess students' current aptitude in the language and give relevant advice
[For writing/editing specialists:]
- Be able to edit and explain the editing process to clients
- Consult with clients when needed
- Be able to teach students how to write well

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must:
- demonstrate extraordinary abilities in both oral and written communication
- must be dependable, self-disciplined, punctual, loyal, trustworthy and a person of integrity
- be passionate in intercultural communication, esp. in relating to Japanese people
- must have own computer/laptop with high speed internet access and webcam
- Certifications in TESOL, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, etc. (and/or any International Certifications) a plus factor
- Native speakers of English living in the Philippines and those who can teach business English have an advantage.
