Qualifications

The Headmaster of ICEV has to meet at least one of the qualifications listed below.

-A certified teacher with a bachelor¡¦s degree in English or Education and at least 20 years of experience in the education field

-A certified teacher with master¡¦s degree in English or Education and at least 15 years of experience in the education field.

-A professor with PhD in English or Education and at least 10 years of experience in colleges or universities.

-Formal or current associate professor or full time professor in colleges or universities.

Job Description

1. Overall management of teachers at Incheon English Village such as

- Recruiting foreign teachers (conducting interviews, evaluating, etc.)

- Planning, developing, and conducting new teacher orientation

- Conducting teacher training on a regular basis

- Class observation and teacher evaluation

2. Planning and developing programs and curriculum

3. Planning and participating in seminars or events for Incheon English Village as well as the City of Incheon

4. General administration
