We are currently looking for a Regional Support Officer to join our team. This is a diverse role that involves travelling to our numerous Aston English schools around China and offering support in the form of teaching, training and school promotions/marketing.

With over 100 Aston English school around China, this really is a unique opportunity to not only teach and earn valuable management skills, but also see many different parts of China. As an example, in the last 6 months one of our Regional Support officers has spent time in our schools in Dalian, Xian, Jinan, Nanjing, Changshu, Inner Mongolia, Changsha and Huaibei.

You would receiveinitial training that would introduce you to our curriculum and books, all offered by one of our experienced teacher trainers. Ongoing training is also very important for this role, and you will always have a team of professionals available to help and train you in any way you need.

Most of our Regional Support Officers move onto managerial roles in our schools, so if  career development is important for you then this is the ideal position to fast track that.

What does this role offer?

- Base Salary of 10,000 rmb a month, plus a daily allowance whilst travelling. Maximum of 30 hours per week.

- Free apartment in Xian, as well as free accommodation provided whilst visiting schools (usually an apartment).

- Travelling costs paid for by the schools.

- Bonus of 10,000 RMB for 1-year contract.

- Medical insurance

- Referral bonus of 3000 RMB for every teacher you refer to one of our schools.

Who are we looking for?

- Native English speaker is a must (for visa purposes)

- Bachelor’s degree in any subject (for visa purposes)

- Some teaching experience is preferred.

- Must enjoy traveling, sometimes for extended periods of time.

- Problem solver and self-motivated.

- Flexible and adventurous.
